How to Borrow Assets

Once you supply an asset as collateral, you can start borrowing against it. Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose the asset you want to borrow, then click the Borrow button.

  2. Borrow APY shows the annual interest rate you'll pay on the borrowed amount.

  3. Enter the amount you wish to borrow and review the impact on your Health ratio.

Your Health Ratio shows how safe your position is. The closer it gets to 1.2, the higher your liquidation risk. To stay safe, it’s best to keep your Health Ratio above 1.5, especially during market volatility.

Once you borrow assets, you can check your positions at portfolio.

Note: Borrowing carries liquidation risk. If your debt grows or your collateral drops in value, your position moves closer to liquidation. ( Liquidation at Health Ratio < 1.2)
