Total Interest Earned
The total interest earned can be known as the total of the lending interest and the waiting interest from closed contracts including repaid contracts and canceled contracts.
Total Active Contracts Value
The total active contracts value is equal to the total interest including the lending interest and the waiting interest from active contracts at the moment.
Total Open Offer Value
The total open offer value is equal to the total value of active offers at the moment.
Open Offer
After you create a lend offer successfully, your offer with the status “Seeking Borrower” will appear in the "Open Offer" section.
Contract
After your offer is taken by a borrower, the system creates a contract and displays details in the "Contract" section.
When an offer is moved to the "Contract" section, the system will finalize the waiting interest and no longer update the waiting interest for that offer.
